Shipping policy

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. This includes address changes so please make sure that all information entered is correct.

Orders will ship in 7 to14 business days after your order is placed unless item description states otherwise (weekends and holidays are not included). After item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Obedient Touch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damage packages must be reported to USPS as a claim.
