Using Your HSA/FSA Card?

You can now use your FSA/HSA card to purchase medically necessary cranial prostheses, including wigs and toppers, directly through our website.

To qualify, your cranial prosthesis must be medically necessary due to hair loss caused by a medical condition or treatment. Most HSA/FSA plans require a prescription or Letter of Medical Necessity from your healthcare provider. Although you may not be asked to provide this documentation during checkout, your HSA/FSA administrator may request it to verify your purchase.

Please note that coverage and eligibility vary by individual benefit plan. If your HSA/FSA card is declined, you may complete your purchase using another payment method and submit your receipt and supporting documentation to your HSA/FSA administrator for possible reimbursement.

Don’t Have Enough HSA/FSA Funds?

If your HSA/FSA card does not cover the full purchase amount, don’t worry you can still complete your order. Simply use your HSA/FSA card to purchase an Obedient Touch Gift Card, apply the gift card at checkout, and pay any remaining balance with your personal debit or credit card. This makes it easy to maximize your HSA/FSA benefits while completing your purchase.
